[b]KSDK -- The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is looking for three suspects in the murder of a Florissant man.

Police said Terryl Davis, 42, heard a car alarm and went outside to check his vehicle when he confronted suspects who may have been attempting to break into other vehicles in the 2900 block of Locust Thursday around 8:10 p.m.

Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and then heard a car speed away.

Police said Davis was shot twice in the back. He was taken to an area hospital where he died.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS.

I was a shame to hear this when I got the call. Another senseless murder for what a car stereo and some loose change, just ridiculous.

The family has asked that no one wear any vulgar or offensive material, this includes patches on vests. Please be respectful of the families wished, if you got vulgar patches on your vest cover them with some black tape or wear a shirt with your club logo.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family as well. It doesn't make any sense for a life to be lost over matieralistic things.

There will be a balloon release for Big T's birthday this Friday, check the calendar or th upcomming event. It will be Friday at Bikers Corner starts at 8pm.
